At Mama Bear Oasis, we want you and your cubs to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the packing slip or a note with your order details inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
